Launched in 2011, the acclaimed DoubleWood heralded the revival of New Zealand’s Whisky Industry. A blend of 70% malted, 30% un-malted barley, this premium grain whisky was distilled back in the day at Wilson's Distillery in Dunedin.
Aged for 6 years in American Bourbon barrels, then finished for 10 years in French Oak NZ wine barrels to give this whisky beautiful ruby colour, depth of character and long-lasting, rich flavours.
